As part of the company’s residency at Lakeside Arts, Just Us Dance Theatre is offering Taster Workshop and Performance Ticket package to local schools in the area.
School groups will have the opportunity to experience a free taster workshop delivered by the company at your school and then book group rate discounted tickets to attend the premiére of a new show ‘A Night of Hip Hop Theatre’ performed by the 2026 Just Us Apprenticeship Company. The show is on Friday 17 April 2026 at 7.30pm at Lakeside Arts.
Just Us workshops explore the fundamentals of popping, krump and freestyle within a contemporary dance context. Workshop participants will also learn some repertoire from the work as part of the session.
Workshops are suitable for ages 10 (Year 6) upwards and can be between 1-1.5 hours long, depending on the school’s timetable. Workshops can be scheduled during March 2026 and we can work with individual schools to find a suitable date and time.
